Drano Disaster

This is only a warning to anyone who reads this:

If you purchase any chemical item (bleach, dish detergent, lighter fluid, DRANO, etc.), put it in a container or a really well sealed bag BEFORE placing it in your vehicle. This picture is an example of what can happen.
Uuugh! Apparently their lids are not always spill-proof and the bottle was tipped over in transport and we had this awful mess to clean up. We submitted a claim to the manufacturer to get the carpet and mats replaced. Of course we don't like what happened to our van, but we are so grateful that Emorie didn't get her hands on the bottle. We told the manufacturer that we were really bothered by the fact that their product, probably lethal, if a child put any in their mouth (especially because this was a foaming product that expanded considerably when added to water), did not have a safety precaution to prevent accidental spills. Not only that, but the shelf this product is on at the store is the perfect height for little ones to grab ahold of. Anyways, we were pretty upset and hope that now that we reported the flaw to the company they will take preventive measures and appreciate that this could have been a much worse situation.
Okay, I will step off my Drano soapbox for now!
