*** PROMOTION ***

One more rank under his career belt! Aaron was promoted to CW4 (Chief Warrant Officer 4).

Janelle was able to "pin" him during the official ceremony. Then Rylie and Karter replaced his old rank shirt tabs with the new. It was a family affair. During his remarks after the "pinning", Aaron thanked all of those who'd helped him along his career path. He spoke of those leaders he's worked with and some things he admired about them, like how they helped him grow in his position by allowing him to learn from mistakes. He thanked his Father in Heaven for the talents he's been given in life. Promotion... such an awesome thing for Aaron!
